Homenetmen is the abbreviation of the first letters of the Armenian words for “Armenian General Athletic Union & Scouts”.

Homenetmen is a Non-Governmental Organization that runs operations both in scouting and athletics. 

​

Homenetmen Western US Region was established in 1968.  It has over 6,500 members in Arizona, California, and Nevada.  In these three states, Homenetmen Western US region serves its community via 17 chapters and 2 units.

Members are categorized in divisions, athletics, scouting, general member, and HRASHQ.
